01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Bengal Bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account on Bengal Bat, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the Bengal Bat platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you are using Bengal Bat on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they have also read and agreed to them.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one Bengal Bat account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.

This may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Bengal Bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

Any funds deposited into your Bengal Bat account that are not associated with a genuine intention to bet may be subject to review. Bengal Bat reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where deposit activity appears inconsistent with normal betting behaviour.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Bengal Bat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game in question, as well as these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Bengal Bat reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of betting.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, Bengal Bat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on the relevant market pages.
• Bengal Bat reserves the right to limit the stake size on any market for any player at its discretion.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension is lifted are subject to the new odds.

Bengal Bat uses official results from recognised governing bodies to settle bets. In the event of a dispute about a result, the decision of Bengal Bat is final, subject to the formal complaints process described in these Terms.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Bengal Bat offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Bengal Bat platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bengal Bat staff or other players through any communication channel.

Bengal Bat monitors all accounts and betting activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we will act swiftly and without prior warning. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct will not be returned.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Bengal Bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, Bengal Bat will return the remaining balance to the player via their registered payment method after completing any required verification checks.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Bengal Bat support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Bengal Bat platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game content, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Bengal Bat or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Bengal Bat content without prior written permission.

The Bengal Bat name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

Bengal Bat provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• Bengal Bat is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.
• Bengal Bat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the incident.
